I can’t go over again how much Urtica and Tiff/Typh GET each other. Seriously if it weren’t for the fact that they each want separate things out of life (Urtica needs to make sure his country is looked after/Typh/Tiff refuses to settle down) I COULD EASILY see them as a couple.
You are mistaken about one thing, it’s not that Typhan-Knee doesn’t to settle down, he almost agreed to marry the King. What made Typhan-Knee turn it down hard was that Urtica wanted to turn him into a baby factory.
One (male) baby is hardly a factory. It is more like an art studio custom commission. I bet Urtica has very skilful artist’s fingers too.
What Doug said. That was a misunderstanding on early Tiff’s part that current Tiff wouldn’t have. More importantly even current Tiff/Typh has said the palace has to many rules for her.
Now that I think about it maybe the problem isn’t so much settling down as the place where settling down would happen.

He probably takes tips from Baelish and occasionally does stuff at random just to throw his enemies off balance as well.

Actually… I’ll bet Urtica HAS forgotten about the card and that the receipt for a novelty T-Shirt purchase is supposed to be a trigger for one of his OTHER plans, which Tiff has nothing to do with….
