Grabs stick, Peonie yanks back reflexively, Tiff releases abuse stick and Peonie staggers. Is cause for arrest?
I don’t get what happens in panel 4. She..tries to throw the stick but Peonie hangs on to it?
Royalty or not, once you land the first blow, being hit is no longer an arrestable offense.
@Uhl tell that to a police officer who you hit for hitting you, also try that with the DA. The police officer will arrest you for assaulting a police officer and the DA will put you on trial for assaulting a police officer.
Princess P-cups pokes the sleeping barbarian with a pokey-stick, barbarian grabs the stick to stop the poking, and gets locked up, sounds like what is going on over in Grrl Power
For those wondering:
Tiff grabs the pole
Forcefully align to Peonie’s mouth
Push it
Peonie then dodge left while redirecting right (too close for just 1, plus it is not a difficult reflexes on that scene). Peonie’s hand on the pole at 4th panel, however, is very wrong.
I think what happened is that Peonie starts to open the door, Tiff grabs the stick and shoves it back, causing Peonie to stagger backwards and pull the door shut. She’s under arrest now not for assault but because the cell locked when the door closed.
The princess should look on the bright side; at least she didn’t get boob punched.
I think what I intended to be playful banter from Peonie to Tiffany didn’t exactly translate. I’ll be tightening all of this up soon, I promise.
A word of advice, Princess P-Cups. You should never assault your own bodyguard.

Doesn’t Typh have a room in the palace from her previous stay? She didn’t take all her dresses with her on her journey north. So why didn’t they put her in her room?
Don’t poke the barbarian. They didn’t get Reckless Rage feat for nothing.
I still think you should let the sleeping barbarian lie and not poke her with a stick under any circumstance. Doing so can so easily be bad or maybe even fatal to your health. 😉
jmucchiello: good point, maybe Ms Palms wanted to send a message (“Kill me if you can, I double dog dare you!”)
Take a good long look at dat az in panel 1 guys. If the foreshadowing 2 updates ago is any indication, it won’t be there for long!
