    Aww! How sweet.

    And, just to swerve, do you have a way of making a one-off donation for those of us who can’t use Patreon?

      That is nice of you to ask, Quentin! I’d forgotten to put up the Paypal.me link since the crash. It is;

      paypal.me/ScottHicken

      Very appreciated, and thanks!

        Ah, that wants me to have a Paypal account, which I don’t and won’t have.

    Well… that just happened…

    Something is telling me, the horn is going to be needed (and used) at some point

      Please excuse the pun, but it’s a horn, maybe Typh can blow it to call the unicorn back when she needs her…?

        A unicorn horn has massive healing properties

        Can’t wait to see Typh lift that to their lips and blow 😛

    Hmm. I suppose that horn could be made into a dagger at some point.

      I second the Magical dagger idea.

    OH, COOL!!!
    Now he runs off and grows another one …
    or was that just most of his horn? … third panel looks like there a smaller part still there.

      Imagine a newly growing tooth pushing the old one out of the way. I think that is what we are seeing. The new horn is already there, but very small

      That’s literally shedding. New fresh horn is already visible underneath, and will presumably keep growing until it’s back to its old size. It also means the shed horn is hollow on the inside.

      Might make a nice ice cream cone!

    I’ve read fairy tales in which unicorn horn was used to make cups. Presumably, liquid poured into the cup would be either revealed to be poisonous OR revealed to be poisonous and rendered harmless and safe to drink. People who feared being poisoned through ingested liquids would insist on having all their drink poured into the created cup in order to avoid such a form of assassination.
