I’m noting now that I see the typo in Panel 1 and will have to fix it later…
Whelp, cute idea, but easily observed to be untrue of the world. One can just look to the main cast for proof, too. Peonie clearly does not have the same dress measurements as the two ladies in this comic. Nice try at lampshading how artists get lazy with extras, though, I guess?
Maybe Peonie is more special than most people give her credit for. 😉
The last line made me shiver, personally. What if someone is still singing it?

Someone has been over thinking things (or maybe everyone else has been under thinking)
If the seamstress couldn’t keep the dress sizes changed without continuing to sing, then who’s keeping the body sizes changed? And why don’t the /Church /spellsingers concern themselves with this?
Maybe our modern seamstress has a point or two.
Okay, so maybe it’s not a spellsong, but Tiff’s curse already demonstrates that bridging from person to person does not require an intermediary. Even by the established magic system of this world, this story is fishy.
