Mercurius: at least it’s not fake ‘paintshopped’ coverings like we used to have (but do agree, would be nice to see something once)
Is Tiff getting upset that she has a waist? Or that she is looking ‘girly’? Someone needs to tell her she can look ‘girly’ with a real waist and still kick arse
@Guesticus, yes, what Uhl said. Remember, Tiff’s under a curse that causes her physique to change depending on her perception of herself. She got into a BAD place when she decided she had to behave like a “proper woman” and exposed just how sexist she really was. She’s gotten better about it… but she still needs to watch “it.” “It” being her own mindset, attitude, and beliefs.
Hmm. Watch Tiff’s abs. They get more defined as you go from panel to panel. I’m going to go with Archone on this and say that Tiff is deliberately manipulating her own mindset to buff herself back up.
Though I sort of wonder, if someone actually succeeded in brainwashing Tiffany, could they effectively have her look however they wanted? Or is this a reflection of the soul type of transformation?
Still like this strip, as it still addresses the curse.
If I remember correctly, Typhan-Knee looks the way he believes a woman should look like, in his machismo-adled he-man barbarian brain. As his opinion of women improves, so do her looks to resemble a normal woman rather than a hourglass figured buxom bimbo.
@Guesticus. Actually, they do. Just check out female body-builders sometime. Most women, however, prefer NOT to look like they’re built like a house of bricks. Tiff is currently being careful to keep the balance between being built like a house of bricks, but being hideous, and being attractive, but weak as wet tissue paper (a waif).
@Uhl there body builder not weight trainers or power lifters. Built like a house of bricks is soft muscle tissue, Looks bigger but not strong as hard mussel tissue.Witch is a lot harder to build. And Women can not build soft tissue as fast a man normally. Power lifters are far stronger male or female because they train Hard Mussel Tissue . But there small or average of build.

There is no way she could pick up those outfits that way and have all the pieces stay together if they are made in the historical style and not a modern reproduction (which often only use the visible parts sewn together instead of the entire garments). The different fabrics (the brown over the blue and the brown probably leather over the yellow over the white) would be separate pieces, not attached at all. Even if they were stored that way, picking the under dress or chemise up by the shoulders would not encourage them to stay stable in relation to one another.

hot, very hot, and poor Tiff.
“Those are Peonie’s clothes, aren’t they?”
he asked deadpan
Dammit, hair!
It’s called “low-cut,” and shows off cleavage.

Hand-to-Face Plant. That’s when it REALLY means …”Nope, not wearing that!”
Good Luck, Tif.
She going to throw out all these slutty clothes maybe burn them, And there Peonie’s.. 🙂
@guesticus. I’m guessing she means she’s losing muscle mass. (Her arms and abs are a bit thinner than she’s used to.)

Tiff needs to learn, women don’t get their strength from bulging muscles

Tiff needs to get her hair fixed!!! That strand that is constantly hanging across her face is annoying 😛

http://www.builtlean.com/2010/09/03/strength-training-landscape-powerlifting-vs-bodybuilding/ Here a very detailed Explanation But
Tiff a Power Lifter definitely. Let her lift more and work longer and in General Power lifters look are more Flexible.
No one with boobs like those could, by any stretch of the imagination, be called waifish … except by Tiff.
@Brandi lmao
Ghosthand: she has attempted to remove that lock by cutting it off, but it always grows back
I know the hair has been discussed a lot in comments, but I don’t recall an on-panel scene where that has happened…have I missed it?
Just messing with people 😀
Personally like that lock, it wouldn’t be Tiff or Typh without it
Here a real Power lifter https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dZEce2RX27Q She looks so small and normal, could likely floss with a muggers Spine.
