Uh, Sorry to nit-pick, but “hovel” is the wrong word. A hovel is a small hut or shack.
Tiff is repenting some more i would guess.
Also compared to the Capital Neese probably is a hole.

It has been some time since Tiff has been in her female body. There are certain recurring biological functions that happen in human females. Perhaps she is off to purchase some ‘hygiene’ products?

Don’t think she’s cupping her breast, think it’s just the way her hand is positioned that makes it look that way. And I think the three figures seen in the background might be the mysterious sisters that Tiff was talking about, or might be totally different.
