Forget their names but the blue hair bloke and red head girl are familiar from the last party.
I’m surprised Peonie hasn’t become worried about being underdressed at such a formal party. Even Tiff is more formally dressed right now.
Peonie can get away with it. Other than Tiff and her father, who would dare make an issue of it? And I doubt Tiff cares.

Peonie is a princess, so whatever she is wearing is automatically the style. It’s everyone else at the party who should be feeling overdressed.
No, blue hair is Thaylien of the Northern Islands, red hair is Peonie’s lady in waiting Isabel, the aging soldier in gold shoulder guards talking to her was her escort at the last gala.

Anyone else getting the vibe that Baldy in panel 2 is going to be important in some way? Not important important, as in royalty (no matter how minor) or a foreign dignatory, just going to show up again possibly doing something ‘not good’ either to or with Princess P-cups or something similar
