If they’re both men, yes. It makes sense. Much harder to hide an extra dagger that way. If one of them is a woman, modesty aside, Gainaxing can be a real problem.
It doesn’t matter who has more honor: Boobies win.
Also, automatic distraction factor for Tiff. When they’re out there, guys can’t help but look. Yes, even siblings – even if touching is out of the question, free-range boobies must be looked at.
This is just going to make Tiffany more ticked off. Not a smart move for her brother.

Uhl’s got the right of it. These sort of fights were done bare-chested more to demonstrate to each other that they didn’t have any hidden weapons on them (a especially devious sort COULD hide a smaller blade in his trousers, but drawing said hidden weapons from the lower body can be difficult in the middle of combat).
“I have a hidden blade in my pants! WHOOPS! I guess I didn’t need my penis that much anyway!”

Considering Tiff got into a full blown brawl on a major city street while naked, I doubt this will bother her much.
Heh, all that time putting on her armour and drawing the North Wind for drama and its blade down, armour off.
At least I presume this means the fight will be weaponless.
If it is weaponless, then I see little hope for Tiff in a direct muscle match… unless she can counter her curse and go pyro again. If not, then her brother has a distinct strength advantage that she’ll have to overcome with considerable skill and speed or (more likely) some major strategy.
Since he’s likely to be a highly skilled warrior himself to be at this level, I doubt Tiff could really be skilled that much beyond him.
The part that gets me is that the majority of the time she finishes the majority of her fights bare chested anyway, at least this way she doesn’t have to get a new outfit necessarily
Even if Tiff win, I’m sure there will a HUGE line of people would challenge her just to see her bare it every single time!

Skill counts for more that muscle, but muscle and mass are the deciding factor if skill is equal. The point about Tiff’s distraction bonus is well made though, and women do have more agility on average like men have more muscle on average. I think the fight would be fairer than you might think.

In this case, it most definitely is. Tiffany IS challenging Wyll-Line’s honor, that he hired an assassin to kill her.
One worry I have here is that Exiern ran into trouble before because the previous author mixed nudity and violence. Some places are OK with nudity. Some with violence. Most are not OK with both at the same time, and the financial account for exiern to receive money was locked due to that. That is why some of the pages that were once here are no longer.
I sincerely hope that this has been taken into account for the coming pages…
