So many pages yet no plot whatsoever.Its starting to get painful.

If it means getting away from your face then sure!
It’s worthwhile looking at it from the point of view of someone who discovers the story for the first time and reads the whole archive in one go or at least much faster than the rate it can publish at.
When I first discovered Exiern, it was at the ten year mark. Looking back at it now, I could imagine there were a number of fight scenes not dissimilar to this one which may have taken a few weeks to play out but I was able to read from start to finish in a few minutes at most.
Generally, I imagine this webcomic format in general works better when you have the complete work, arc or sequence in front of you instead of having to wait for a new page each week.
When you think about this particular fight in the context of action movies, it’s probably actually quite short. If you were watching it as a filmed sequence, it’d probably be a minute or two at most.
No, they were complaining about the perceived lack of plot, not slow action
They believe this whole arc has been entirely without plot, have seen the same ‘complaint’ in almost every webic frequent
It’s always difficult to win against the person who makes the rules.
Especially if they make the rules as they go along. But not sharing the rules they’ve made until they’re pertinent is almost as bad.
