Yeah… I still don’t see why this was necessary, you have the body of the culprit right there, not to mention that it should be fairly ambiguous to anyone outside that room what wrongdoings were actually committed by whom, other than Tiff and Wyl having a bit of an argument and someone ending up with an axe in her chest. Is the fact that she’s a woman really going to give that much political ammo to the chief’s enemies?
@Daedalus. You’ve forgotten how misogynistic the tribe is. Will’s political enemies are looking for an excuse, ANY excuse to paint women’s equality as EVIL, and Will as weak for supporting it. Grinka’s treason hands them that on a silver platter UNLESS the Shaman takes the blame, and the punishment. Frankly, giving her access to the vault, and the royal seal does make him an accomplice, albeit an unwitting one, but it’s VERY hard to prove intent in a modern court, let alone a fantastic medieval one.

How about instead of killing him, he just gets exiled and Tiff can take him back to Urtica’s court to be back-channel in negotiations in north-south relations and to fill the Denver shaped hole in the library/tame nerd for the spouting of exposition?
Tiff seems to have dropped back to her pre-fight figure. If the people come pouring into the room, she may need to “Hulk up” pretty damn quick.

Then again, Wyl could decide that with Tiffany and Peonie leaving for the South, he should take the “opportunity” to exile the Shaman as an Ambassador, a la The 13th Warrior. Only in reverse.
Besides, he might need that old Shaman again one day.
curious question, do people within the world even see when tiffany changes? or does the world kind of rewrite itself around how she has changed.

pretty much I assume only highly perceptive people and/or close friends to tiffany are all that can really tell she changing at all.

Guesticus, I wouldn’t really call it an “off day”. It was mentioned by Chemiclord that the artist likes to draw Tiffany in a less masculine manner when she’s not hulking up for battle.
Tiff’s face is identical to a panel from the strip where the boys are exiled.
Actually, she looks kinda like that sister in “Phineas and Ferb”
