You have a dragon, a damsel in distress, a female barbarian, and a knight in overly large shining armor, I really thought neil’s would be a lot more optimistic with this mission.
Now, now, let’s suggest a less grim scenario. How about this: Tiff kills her brother in a berzerker bloodlust rage, takes control of the tribe (with Peonie’s help), and invites them all back to Urtica’s place for burgers and beer. Problem solved – except for the tribe of drunken barbarians rampaging through the palace. But that’s _my_ kind of problem!
Second in command to “Chieftain We have the intruders and your sister all Surrounded there about to die ,Only a God (there all gone) Or a Armorered Plated Super Strong Fire Breathing Flying Hyper Death Machine can save them now!!! The weak one Denver Saying We will not like him when hes Angry Ha HA HA! Hey is he getting Bigger and Green?OH MY ASH!!!”
Chieftain kill second in command (and his big mouth)shortly before dieing Quickly but horribly with lots of chewing.
How about this. The tribe attacks. Tiff (and company) defend themselves and kill the leader of the tribe. Tiff takes over the tribe. The king marries Tiff. Or, the king marries Tiff then by dint of marriage challenges whatever leadership of the tribe remains, either way the king becomes the new male chief of the tribe. Presto, the king is now the defacto rule of both the tribe and the kingdom, no more threat of war, a border is secured through a vassal state (the tribe), the king can now pour resources into a different border.
1) I believe that Denver is not aware that he’s a dragon.
2) I suspect that once he transforms, he may not (immediately) remember who he is and will attack anything that moves, allies included.
He will attack anything that is a threat I think. The dragon really IS intelligent, as we saw with his sister. Once it comes out, there is no berserker rage. It is a hyper intelligent killing machine that will kill anything it considers to be a threat. The question is whether or not it will consider Neils and Tiff threats. I would assume though that if surrounded by a barbarian clan wanting to kill it, it will probably take one look at Neils and Tiff, smile, and say something like “let’s try this together.”

Ahem. Perhaps Tiff can suggest a third scenario.
I like the middle panel

@GG: “You all die now!!!”?
Want to bet King Urtica “encouraged” the regime change in the tribe? 😉
@ SluggyBiscuit
It wouldn’t surprise me if Urtica’s manipulating the whole world behind the scenes.
@Insectoid. Indeed Tiff singlehandedly (for the most part) kills off her former tribe in a berzerker bloodlust rage! Problem solved.

@Lurker note 2: Not attack, eat. Transformations from a man-sized humanoid to a huge dragon-sized lizard requires a lot of energy and raw materials.
Man…as soon as I read “Ash the One-handed”, all I could think of was “Hail to the King, Baby!”
Anyone else? PLEASE anyone else? 😛
ok “Hail to the King, Baby!”
#1 Plus Grande Frommage, Huzzah!
That is correct bilocation…
Ash from Housewares
I bet Typh is telling Peonie about all his adventures raiding and raping since the journey brings back memories.
> The dragon really IS intelligent, as we saw with his sister.
His sister had time to get accustomed to her dragon form.
> Once it comes out, there is no berserker rage.
I was implying confusion, which, combined with dragon strength, should be no less devastating.
So when do we learn that She the he is the bro or sis of this knight?
There have been previous references to Ash.
I’ve thought it was the one from the movies.
Have there been any references to Krom?
