But yeah, even with the fire, the heat might not be enough to keep them warm with the freezing cold, depending on how far away from the fire they are and how big the fire it was to begin with, even if it’s banked …
One is a baby dragon that probably doesn’t care about the cold all that much.
That’s a relief, just sooo glad they weren’t in the tent that was still up, but Niels left to sitting on the log all night? What was he not thinking? If they hadn’t frozen in place they could have fallen backwards off of the log and froze, or fallen forwards into the bonfire. Wasn’t that how Denver and his sister came about in the first place?

They may still be in areas where people sometimes roam and camp areas are created and left behind. Log may have been dragged there by whoever set up the camp ground.
(It serves as both a seat and an emergency supply of wood if one has an axe and desperate)

Tiffany was originally a male barbarian. I’m fairly certian that Tiffany could pick up a random bow and use it to punch through thick steel if she wanted to.
What surprises me is Denver’s falling asleep while wearing his glasses. As a long-time user of spectacles, I know one of the first things you do before sleeping is to remove the glasses and tuck them away somewhere where they won’t be damaged or lost.
