@ Gallstone, actually i think its inspired by the myth of the Wendigo, cannibalistic spirit that possesses people n’ all that, looks like the usual descriptions too.
Also, shouldn’t it have melted her sword if its such a corrosive acid? just sayin’ 😛
@Xenau and Guesticus. Nope Its a Magic sword that Tiff dose not even know all the powers of.Had it from the start comic. But its clear at least one power is its pretty tough. It also seem to refuse to harm certain people. Be funny at the end if it turns out to be the sword shes looking for and it just choosing not to use its power bc Tiff was unworthy or it decided he is better off as a girl. Or it lost some of its powers. But Tiff Sword is a Bit of a mystery they just never Explored. Might even Have a requirement to use its power. Like a D&D Holy Avenger.
Ah yes…THAT DAY. The day she asked “Have I not been oiling you enough lately?” You’re right. It does seem to be a special sword. Either that, or the enchantment on her does “special things” to the sword as well. We still don’t really know what all that lovely little living enchantment does. 🙂
I wondered if anyone else was thinking about the mysterious magic sword 😉
What I’d like would be for Tiff to find the other sword and then have to pick between two equally awesome swords, the quest sword and her current sword.

Reminds me of the endless streams of ankhegs our DM used to throw at us.
As Daffy Duck says in Loony Tunes: Back in Action when Jenna Elfman says “Dynamite? Who had dynamite?!?”:
“Huh. Welcome to MY world.”
Arrgh! Why can’t there be an “Edit”?
that should be “Who has dynamite?!?”
It even resembles the Xenomorphs a little bit…
Can you see the deep cut across his right shoulder, on the last panel? I don’t. If that’s intentional… o_O
(Of course, plot fights never take actual powers into account so this has no real bearing on the result.)
@Fairportfan with the way I type and my crappy eye sight I know your Edit wish all to well.
@Castamir It Needed Regeneration to. A theme of the book is fate seems to hate Faden but hate Tiff nearly as much or more..
It might also just be the angle
Tiff’s sarcasm skills are still alive and well too.
Where’s Miyamoto Musashi when you need him.
When the dude in armor gets back up, he can join forces with Typhan-Knee and lay waste to this acid tank on legs.
Why does Tiffany make this acid blood coment?
I don’t remember any other creature in the comic with acid blood.

Depends on how much of the acid got on the blade, and it’s possible the edge is totally fracked now

Is that really the same sword she has been using this entire time?
Am I the only one to notice that there is no way in chemistry that an acid would react with ice?
