I’m pretty sure not wearing underwear helps, I think you’re supposed to wear at least two chemises or something under it – I forget my ye olde dress code so I’m not sure. 😉

Oh, I think that she just has a talent for it. But, seriously Peonie really needs heavy leggings with that at a minimum, frost burn is not to be taken lightly, and she is still heavily exposed.

And yet Tiff is far from homely herself… hrmmm… I suppose that femininity spell keeps her from recognizing her own sex appeal maybe? Of course the old “artistic license” shtick always works I guess. Breaking fourth wall forum(?) lets not forget the company Exiern keeps (links).

Peonie is MOSTLY right in the outfit, but as pointed out, she’s way too exposed. She needs to cover her legs, shoulder, cleavage, probably neck, and if it’s as cold as Tiff says, she’s probably going to need to cover her face too.

This just proves that all that is needed to turn a nice dress into a s!!t slip is a hip slit.
…She managed it by forgetting to put on the layer that’s either a thick undergown or heavy leggings and undertunic, and just skipping to the outermost garment, clearly. Tiff better remedy that, or Peonie’s still gonna die of exposure despite the fur.
I think ‘slutty’ is a bit harsh.
The cold she’s going to face may not be the top prioriy for Peonie right now. How much does a fur cape weigh? Being that she is not wearing anything to attach it to, the cape will be pulling back and whatever that golden closire is (rope?) will be hugging her bare and beautiful neck in a not too loving manner…
I’m just saying that to stay on topic, though. What I really mean is: I love the art and the story and look forward to see more. Thanks for putting this together for our enjoyment and I wish you success.

There is a MAJOR difference between sex appeal and sluttiness. Someone can be fully clothed and still sexy (Tiffany is a pretty good example here), but sluttiness tends to involve flashing as much skin as possible (as in Peonie’s case).
This outfit doesn’t look slutty! Sexy, at most, but certainly not slutty, unless you’re from Victorian England, Tiffany is just being disagreeable now,
I hope she freezes to death.
Note for Chibiern: ‘gate’ should be ‘gait’. The first is an opening (‘gate in a fence’), while the second one is the way one moves.
