I wonder why Peonie would assume Tiff didn’t have a family…..Then again, Tiff hasn’t talk much about her past.
That said, this seems to be the first time her brother has tried to kill Tiff going by Tiff’s reaction.
So, I guess they are off on a new journey?
You know if Tiff owns all that treasure that the king wants by marrying Tiffany maybe her Brother found out about it and wants it for himself by the Barabarian rules of Acquisition or some such rot.
I’m hoping that the brother isn’t out for Tiff’s blood because of the fact that our favorite barbarian instead of being a sword wielding warrior… is now a buxomous warrior *woman*. Barbarian honor might deem Tiff’s extended existence as a woman to be an insult to the entire family.
Or it could be something as simple as him being upset that his brother-turned-sister had/has the audacity to become engaged without familial consent. ^.~

That expression in panel 6. This meeting could go a lot of ways, depending on what Dan has in mind, but judging by that expression, Tiff does not look forward to confronting her brother as a woman. I don’t think it’s a sin in their culture just to be a woman, but they may well have problems with women being warriors, or being loud and obnoxious, or *ahem* appearing naked in public. They’d certainly have problems with them talking back to men.
@Azure, where’s your proof that the brother wasn’t out adventuring like Tiffny was at the time?
I want this to end with her brother having not known tiff is female, and then laughing his butt off at his new sister.

Well, it could be because Peonie is about as bright as a three watt bulb in a power cut, and utterly self-centred, so it never occurred to her to ask.

Again, the hit was for Typhan-Knee, not Tiffany, so Tiff’s brother probably doesn’t know that Tiff is now female or about her gold(Which she no longer has since she Isn’t marrying the king).
Tiff even said that she hasn’t seen her brother in years, so it’s doubtful that he knows that Typhan-Knee has been transformed into Tiffany.
