The king has such an informal, laid-back style with his court, it’s easy to forget that he is the man with the powahs. Priest-guy just got reminded.
And, evil or not, he does care about his daughter. “I have no use for meek, mindless women” indeed.
@ CrypticMirror: You’re right. When faced with an undesirable situation (understatement), Peonie gets mad and starts screeching and flailing at the person she blames for it all. The King keeps his cool and makes certain that someone he at least partially blames for it all gets to work fixing the problem and is too scared to think of doing anything but what the King wants.

Punctuation needed after church. Either a period or a semicolon, and even a comma wouldn’t be incorrect to use.
King is very “Sean Connery” in the close up.
Good point, Sheela, with the eyes thing (is that intentional, or just dramatic effect to show that he is being ‘evil’.
I also agree with Marscaleb that the punctuation needs tightening.
As to not seeing a return to ‘He-Man’: Well, if this comic is going to take a more ‘serioius’ turn, then it would not be out of the question to see a return to the male form for awhile, and then have the person inside determine if he/she was happier as one gender or the other.
Personally, I’m still waiting for a return to the comedy/T & A [strangely enough, I never went for the actual nudes in the member’s section; you can see enough of that on the regular interwebs ^_^]

In any case, there are few around that have the timing and scripting abilities to pull of a switch like this in the space of three or four pages, I’m honestly impressed once again.
