@LookBeyond I’m sorry to get political, but it fits with the strip. If there were more men like that in the world, the lives of middle and lower class citizens would get progressively worse. Don’t forget he’s only doing this because he wants an heir. But, thinking on the qualities of that curse, it’s likely any children Tiffany has will be girls. Burly, intelligent, strong willed girls.
H3xx, he’s got an heir, what is looking for is a spare. The heir and the spare is the traditional setup for all hereditary monarchies after all. I fail to see how more intelligent, forward thinking, and exceeding smooth talking men in any world would be a bad thing. I don’t see how more intelligent, strong willed women would be a bad thing either.

@LookBeyond I’m just saying that generally, Men with power use their power to gain more power, and rarely care about the people on the bottom who hold their position up.
@IntentionallyBlank. Only if if the spell is threatened. As long as the king doesn’t actively try to undon it, or timker with the magic surrounding it, then he is safe. And since his actual goal is girl Tiffany who will give him a spare to the heir that wants to go a-wandering, that probably suits the spell fine.
@H3xx: You are taking this a lot more serious than I am. I just happen to get turned on by smooth talking, intelligent guys. I quite like his hair style too as it happens. So wanting more of them in the world is purely self-interest I assure you. I’m sick of dating morons with their balls for brains.
@LookBeyond you should be happy for “balls for brains” men they’re exceedingly easy for the typical “woman” to manipulate.
But no truthfully, My biggest warning to you has to do with wanting a “smooth talker” cause your definitely setting yourself up to be used that way.
Smart is sexy. Smooth talking I am always very wary of.
*sighs* Every woman I’ve ever fallen for has been smart, and, of course, taken. The pretty ones that have come on to me haven’t been too swift, which makes them unattractive, even when they’re sweethearts. Brains, then kindness as a close second, then general personality, then looks IMO.
The pacing of this story is throwing me off-balance, but I like it. Things were unrushed before, even during action sequences. Now the ball events are flying by. If it’s intentional, I applaud it, cause it’s messing with me AND it could be seen as metaphor for how Tiffany views all the proceedings.
can we not talk about the necklace. I wonder how ppl can’t just read something. I mean does it make the read that more enjoyable if you find out about the necklace. It was a mistake by the artist. I feel sorry for Drow that’s got to read all this stuff. If you’re gonna be fans ppl maybe you’re better off not writing. Maybe he should go and take down the comments area and chat too
