I think that sword is smart enough to realize those aren’t really enemies, so it’s not cutting them.

Ahaha. xD The last second drawn on underwear on Tiffany and the guard are kinda funny cuz one moment she’s naked, but censored next she’s wearing barely cloth.
Who would he be naked under their armor? It would heat to burning under the sun and chill you to death in the slightest breeze like one big radiator. Even if you weren’t having temprature problems, all thoses hevy metal plates and chaffing leather would leave anyone looking like hamburger, rubed raw by strapps and pinched by joints. By the looks of that sword, going in plain clothes would be safer without armor weighing him down.
With all the magic it got hammered with by that wizard Faden, I wouldn’t be surprized it it jumped up and sang the Star Spangled Banner.

You know, since this is a fantasy/Role Playing Game parody, I’ll get geeky and mention something RPG related:
There was once a pencil-and-paper RPG called “Rifts”, where the player/characters ventured to different alternate Earths having adventures.
Each alternate Earth had its own “World Rules”, and I remember that the “Hollow Earth” setting had one interesting one: No matter what the character wore, in a matter of days it would be reduced to tattered rags that barely covered up the person’s ‘naughty parts’ 🙂
I’m beginning to think this setting has similar rules 🙂

I believe the “official” term for her sword’s condition is Cursed with Awesome!
Also, “polishing and sheathing” your sword, Typhan-knee? I’d say it sounds like your Compensating (and that Freud was right), but, well…you know.
