It not evil, she just letting him know, he could be nice to them, or try it out on what ever else is out there.
Kitty, is suddenly realizing that the people he was trying to kill can be just as bad as he was and I think he is regretting his actions now. Expect he will be making a sudden change in thinking very soon. On a side note, I am beginning to think that Tiff secretly likes that evil lock of hair as it has not been tucked back or hacked off yet.

Tiff has just DOOMED the humans! Kitty was looking for a white snow kitty female to ravage. But now the snow kitty will find him tied up and laugh and call all her sisters and their friends and they will all ravage him instead.
Years later the extra hundreds of kittens born from this encounter will grow up and first wipe out the barbarian tribes, then the rest of humans.
I like the look on her face. She knows he’s going to cave. And nice homage to Big Bang Theory :O)
