So Peonie thinks Tiffany going north is crazy? I guess she hasn’t realized yet that her guardian will have to drag her along…
I haven’t read through the archives for a while, but did Denver know before now that Tiffany used to be a man? Because if he didn’t, I think Peonies question in the second to last panel might have just let it slip.
Tiffany is going to be in trouble up north if she keeps swinging a sword. She’ll have to fight tooth and nail just to get to her brother, let alone do anything about him trying to have her assassinated.

If only I could have used the same family-dispute resolution method on my own brother. Families, can’t live with them, I could use a rum and coke right about now.
@ghost well he knows for a fact that Teresa used to be one and that didn’t stop them dating, and we’ve seen that Tiff and Ter bickered like little schoolgirls in front of him almost constant. I’d guess he worked it out, he might be a bit sheltered and naive on a couple of issues, but Denver isn’t daft. Not like Tiff has been shy about admitting her position anyway.

I love Tiff’s practical approach here. Send an assassin after me, I come and kill you. Enough said.
Tiff did indeed live in the North for years – as a man. I think (s)he’ll find things quite different now.
For the record, Denver DOES know at this point in the story about Tiffany’s curse. How he discovered it will be revealed later… as well as the strain it has put on their friendship.
You know, Tiffany looks unusually happy at the prospect of killing her brother.

I thought there was a comic where her and Tiff bickered about it in front of him, but I can’t find it. Since I also seem to be on a roll for being wrong recently on virtually everything, I freely admit that I will also probably be 120% wrong on this too. I swear its getting to the point where I’m getting so many things wrong that I could fall out of bed and hit the ceiling because I’d got gravity wrong too.
@cryptic don’t worry, being wrong is so much easier than being right anyhow. Plus, if you’re wrong all the time people start to lower their expectations and it gets really easy to exceed them. And gravity is overrated anyhow. who needs it.

Knowing what Tiff is/was and where she came from and previous comments about her society from past pages, I fully expect her idea of family conflict resolution to be that simple, “You tried to have me killed, so I come and kill you.”
Though I expect ya she is going to have trouble back at home. Though if she remembers how her culture treats women, she will be far-warned about the dangers and how to deal with them. I expect much sword swinging and head bashing for her to prove her points and get her way. Suddenly I am reminded of the first time Peonie took her clothes shopping.
