Woah, how did she get so tinny? As a part of Neil’s family I thought she was supposed to be a really big tall woman, similar in height to tiff’s brother?

I think Diana _is_ a big woman – it’s just that Wyll-line is a BIG man. He overcompensates, a bit.
Not sure if Neils _wants_ Diana to know about him. He went on this quest to find out what happened to his sister, and he did. Would Diana be any happier knowing she had kin in the South? She looks pretty happy here.
Lastly, it’s not that big of an assumption. The northern ‘desert’ is dangerous, and deadly – many in the tribe did not expect any of Tiff’s party to come back. The loss of one man seems a reasonable, if not optimistic, assumption.
Unicorn is certainly happy to see it’s virgin rider again.
But you know. Its little things like that which make a difference. Take the hay fork on the roof of the barn. Such a minor detail, yet for me it made a world of difference to making this page feel that much better.
Heh heh, loving the look of the Uni, it’s as thought they are saying “About time you remembered me! Now, can we get out of this 2 horse town and return it to a no horse town?”
And, does that horse in the next stall have tusks? o_O
@Chellel , I think the fall might have been, the flashback, when we saw Tiff, as male, walk away, instead of helping her brother up, after climbing a steep mountion, when he wanted help.
Well I say he didn’t fall, he climbed up and learned to survive on his own instead of relying on his brother. And he doesn’t hold that much of a grudge against his brother ’cause that was the turning point at which he started going from wimp to Wyll.
I would like to see Niels reveal his identity to Diana, and I think he will. If I remember correctly, Chemiclord mentioned some time back that we’d get to see Neil’s face before this arc ended, but I’m a blonde so I could be, like, confused.
Niels (in big echoing helmet voice): Diana, I AM your Uncle! In fact, I am the one who gave you that necklace you are wearing. Wait, where did it go? I swear you just had it on.
@Brandi; that initially WAS the plan… sadly, it was one of those things that changed over the course of the story; where a shift in the story’s direction erased the scene where it was supposed to happen.
I thought I mentioned that change as well, but that very well could have been something I overlooked.
As for Niels revealing his identity, well… you’ll see.
Concerning Niels, I have been thinking for at least a year now that he is going to turn out to be just a talking suit of armor, like Alphonse from full metal alchemist. The real Niels died many years ago, and his soul is trapped in the armor.
@Guesticus Heros Commandeer and Savage! Its only stealing when you’re a bad guy! you can tell bad guys because They steal stuff and LOOT! Wear heros Savage and Commandeer! See There a BIG DIFFERENCE! 🙂 lol
Does anyone else think that nervous expression might mean Wyll has at least figured out that if he has kin at World’s End that Denver is something exceptional and likely not human.
I feel like if Dee walks back the way he came that he may get some interesting greetings and reactions. Even if being him he’d likely be himself, humble and uninterested in making an entrance or a scene.
Though who knows what he’ll look like? Zaneth can clearly transmogrify herself to the extreme, if he could have a choice in form he’d likely be as human as possible, around unfamiliar humans at least, for the reasons in the previous paragraph.

Oh good, double post fail.
Also, LOL at the Unicorn.
“How did you survive the fall? ”
“huh? ”
“When you fell from heaven”
I was about to ask the same about how Diana suddenly became so tiny next to everyone else.
And not even a hint of “I’m your uncle” from Neils?

Unicorn is like : Hey babe, I’ve been missing you riding me…if you know what I mean…

Liken the way Willie said “It has been suggested…”, probably by the little Missus 😛
If nothing else, it will give uncle and niece time to chat
The little missus is EXACTLY the person who made the “suggestion.”
Presumably so that brother and sister can catch up. She has her own reason as well, though.
The tusks on the horse are part of some armor on its head.

I’m going to guess that Diana saved him when he fell and protected him and that’s what made him into the man of reform that he is today.
TJ, I know. the last line just reminded me of that old pick up line 😉
I think tiff is asking how Wyll survived the fall that Tiff damned him too when leaving him behind: http://www.exiern.com/2014/02/20/pardon-our-aside/
It was after all the last thing they saw of each other, untill Maiden Tiff rode into the Village on a Unicorn,
Well I say he didn’t fall, he climbed up and learned to survive on his own instead of relying on his brother. And he doesn’t hold that much of a grudge against his brother ’cause that was the turning point at which he started going from wimp to Wyll.

Yay 🙂 I’ve been waiting to see what has happened to Niels and Bohr.
Well, Niels has been trudging around The North, and Bohrs was last seen carrying King Urtie’s cloak as an umbrella
Later, while sitting around the campfire
Niels (in big echoing helmet voice): Diana, I AM your Uncle! In fact, I am the one who gave you that necklace you are wearing. Wait, where did it go? I swear you just had it on.

@JMV No we seen pieces of it off. And he dose this cryptic comments about scars, But I think he might of die, as in FRANKENSTEIN!
JMV: we have seen his head, when he was collecting the last of his things from his old home (unless it wasn’t his home and he was just stealing it… )
@Guesticus Heros Commandeer and Savage! Its only stealing when you’re a bad guy! you can tell bad guys because They steal stuff and LOOT! Wear heros Savage and Commandeer! See There a BIG DIFFERENCE! 🙂 lol
Considering who Niels’ employer is, you still want to claim Niels is a good guy? o_O
@Guesticus Well the king is a good guy thats his JOB, Being Evil is his Hobby!
