Swords, Sorcery, And Then Some!
Howdy, New Readers! Thanks for reading Exiern!

Exiern contains mature themes and is best for readers 18+.
Also, am I the only one hoping her sudden appearance so shortly following Denver’s leaving in some way signifies she’s here to fill the comics main dragon character quota? lol. Honestly I can’t help but hope so, really love her design.
So, Alicia, why are you attacking now? Enraged and less than sound of mind, I can understand. Rational and determined is going to take a bit of explanation from you, especially seeing as Typhan-knee is not out to antagonize you, and only fought you in self-defense in your last encounter.
Curious that the curse has accepted this look when another male-ish outfit was transformed. Unless that’s about to happen in the next page or two.
As for Alicia – I’m frankly surprised that she is NOT surprised Tiff knows her name. Just “Oh good, you know who I am.” Unless Alicia has achieved some infamy since their last encounter to where she’d expect to be known, which is unlikely since the guard a page or two ago had no idea who she was.
@RandomEspectator: Perspective. Look at She who hunts for diamond-charm-bracelets with her daddy’s money, she looks tiny in comparison to the beast Alicia is riding. She is still huge.
@Auryn: If the curse was going to change Typhan-Knee’s clothes, it would have done so already.
It’s not “man-ish”, whatever you mean by that. It’s just practical. I don’t recall it being said the curse wouldn’t let Typhan-Knee use practical clothes.
@Auryn: I think what got Typh in trouble was cutting that annoying lock of hair with a sword, trying to free herself from the curse itself. (And the response, turning her stolen uniform into a brass bikini, was perfect.)
She hasn’t tried to do that here, from what I can see. Practical, yes, but still dramatic in a rather feminine way. I can’t quite make it out, but the first frame seems to show that she’s wearing a breastplate, which is reasonable, but I also think it doesn’t have cups, which would be actively dangerous.
The leggings show her thighs off, her coat is formfitting, yet flows to match her hair.
I like that Typh references cutting Alicia’s clothes off (rather in retaliation for cutting Typh’s off first). That tactic won’t work here, Alicia is already naked, and proudly so.
As to knowing who Alicia was, I’m not too surprised. I think Alicia knew that Typh was traveling with her brother. Also, Alicia may have been in contact with her brother.
Coulda swored that the full dragon they met was Denver’s sister, why else would it eat and kill everyone else but not Denver (who actually smacked it on the leg with a sword)
@50srefugee: I could agree cutting that lock of hair seemed to serve as a trigger for her curse’s resurgence. She may be skating a fine line here, but for the moment it seems to be quiet.
I also agree with the possibility that Alicia could have been in contact with her brother – or at least with other dragons through their hivemind – which would explain why she is unsurprised at Typh knowing her name. However if so that begs the question why Alicia currently seems hostile; protectiveness of her brother, or just a grudge?
I don’t think Alicia knows where her brother is – I think that’s why she’s hunting down Typh. She wants to find her brother, dammit! …Which means Typh need only say “yeah, he went up north. Gimme a few and I’ll draw you a map to the place. It’s full of dragons, so you’ll fit right in.”
I wonder what would happen if Alicia cuts that one dangling strand of hair on Typhan-knee’s face. Would that count as her trying to fight the curse or not?
I suspect the real issue is Typh dressing to CONCEAL her feminine attributes. Clothes designed for males are probably just fine, as long as you can still tell the wearer is female.
@50srefuge I do not think she has been in contact with her brother. In fact, it’s possible she’s looking for Typhan-Knee to learn of her brother’s current whereabouts.
I did sign up, I think. I’ve been trying to open the ESC archive when advertised, but Google keeps saying oops that is unavailable or some thing like it.
@JustJoe46 – Multiple owners and creative directions have made things unclear, and I apologize for any confusion I haven’t been able to head-off. If you email me – scott(a)exiern.com – I’d be happy to help, and hopefully figure out what more I can do to make things clearer! Sorry, and thanks!
@JustJoe46 – The ESCArchive was merged into another site by my predecessor and the website dissolved. I tried to scrub any references to it. If you email me I can look up what you signed up for and help get you where you want to go. scott(a)exiern.com – obviously switch the (a) for an @, I just don’t want that email spidered.
Be a Producer!Your name/title with an optional SFW hyperlink will be posted prominently HERE following the close of the month! You’ll also receive monthly mailings from Exiern’s author, Scott T. Hicken!
So. Denver’s sister?
I do not recall her.
Love Typhan-Knee’s coat, looks good on him.
she looking great
I think that that is Denver’s sister.
Of course it’s Denver’s Sister, don’t you remember Alicia’s Story?
http://www.exiern.com/2008/04/14/alicia-story/
Same name, so y’know, Denver’s sister.
Also, am I the only one hoping her sudden appearance so shortly following Denver’s leaving in some way signifies she’s here to fill the comics main dragon character quota? lol. Honestly I can’t help but hope so, really love her design.
Alicia’s story was from 7 years ago. Fascinating. I look forward to where this is going.

@Cerulean Lion – Start at http://www.exiern.com/2008/01/17/no-scream/
Is it my imagination or is Tiffany wearing an eye-patch?
@Ashen Shugar – It’s probably just that annoying long lock of hair that keeps straying across her face.
is this form a proto form before full dragon or did Tiff’s sword do something.
Tiff seems to have found a look she likes…
Curious that the curse has accepted this look when another male-ish outfit was transformed. Unless that’s about to happen in the next page or two.

It may be the shot throwing off my sense of perspective, but wasn’t she bigger with more prominent claws here?

I can help but.. *Soo.. COOL*
Can’t..
@Uhl: Maybe she’s looking for Denver?
@Auryn: If the curse was going to change Typhan-Knee’s clothes, it would have done so already.

I wonder what would happen if Typh put it up into a pony tail.
Hanging down.
Do they make Chantilly lace armor linings? Maybe filigree work around the breast plate would do.
A derisive snort might count as a giggle, and those hips–I don’t think she has much choice about wiggling.
Or, hey, a MLP pony ear headband.
No?
@50srefuge I do not think she has been in contact with her brother. In fact, it’s possible she’s looking for Typhan-Knee to learn of her brother’s current whereabouts.
How do I get access to the uncensored comics in this web comic?
Sign up as a member, at least that’s how you got access to them in the past

I’ve tried to access the uncensored content on the ESC archive but it keeps coming back as unavailable.
So, Alicia…
You know your brother Denver is hanging out with an elder of your kind, getting cougar’d probably?
