Swords, Sorcery, And Then Some!
Howdy, New Readers! Thanks for reading Exiern!
Written by Scott T. Hicken with art by Antipus, the comic updates Mondays. Please check out the Archive to enjoy the earlier adventures of Typh and Peonie!
Exiern contains mature themes and is best for readers 18+.
Seems to be someone who knows them both, and hates them equally
Could of course be some scrub crewman, we will see when the coroner examines the body 😛
Doesn’t the fact that Peonie *Knows* “Peggy” register with anyone? How about the title she used to name him, “Grand”, …and in a rather clipped manner? It seems to me this ship carries more than one banished prisoner, and that the senior prisoner is related to Peonie.
Crossing genres are we?
Yeah, nobody can eat Sydney’s curry after she’s “spiced” it, especially since she’s currently eating the equivalent of alien rocket fuel.
I took the Great and Grand the way you did at first. Then I realized she was just commenting on what they said! Everyone should recognize the royalty….
Is it just me, or did these two have the most major breast reduction somewhere during the last few pages? Not that this strip needs ’em that much, but they were rather defining character traits, especially for the princess. Enough that if she turned out to be an imposter in a costume come next page, I’d consider this legitimate foreshadowing.
Be a Producer!Your name/title with an optional SFW hyperlink will be posted prominently HERE following the close of the month! You’ll also receive monthly mailings from Exiern’s author, Scott T. Hicken!
That’s a good question. Who’s the REAL IMPORTANT ONE here, Peonie or Typh? And I don’t just mean plot importance.
Who the f!!k let Faden out? o_O
What makes you think it’s Faden?

They (the crew and captain) just do not know the relationship there do they.
pretty sure outside the palace,no one really knows that relationship very well

Peonie wasn’t calling Peggy “Grand” and there’s nothing to show that she knows him. He recognized her, but that’s not unusual.
‘Grand’ wasn’t used as a title
To curry favor, favor curry. 😀
Just… don’t let someone named ‘Sydney Scoville, Jnr’ or ‘Just Ace’ prepare the curry 😛

Have to call her “Princess A-Cup” now, instead of “Princess P-Cup”.
