Correct term wouldn’t have worked as a pun though

Once again, Typhan got what he wanted out of this exchange, so clearly he didn’t need to act differently.

In that first panel Typh looks like V’s mask.

We’ve also seen them being very courteous and civil towards others – with the exception of Typh’s father, who was largely agreed to have been a total jerkwad by pretty much everyone.

If anything, Typh not having hurt anyone yet is a sign that he has both started to overcome his poor upbringing at the hands of Daddy “rape the girls I said the GIRLS not the boys,” and also a sign of character growth (Because “hurting people for not being sufficiently courteous” is a thing he did in previous story arcs… it’s why Typh was fortunate that the king’s bodyguards elected to take him alive rather than chop him into tiny bits).

1. Typh is a confident adventuring barbarian.
2. Typh has been insulted several times by someone who should have been a bit more courteous, regardless of being a prisoner
3. Typh is being banished, so who cares if some people he never sees again dislikes him.
4. Typh hates wasting time.

That and a few other things, it’s surprising he hasn’t hurt anyone yet.
