Well, so much for all that noise people were making some weeks back about Theresa being evil. Just goes to show that knee-jerk reactions are worthless and judgement should be reserved until people have the full story.
Well, I never said Teresa was evil, I said I wanted her to be evil, because she annoys me and I want Tiff to have a valid reason for smacking her. Oh, well…
Guesticus the king isn’t evil he hasn’t done anything that would hurt an innocent person, he also shows a very large degree of respect for women even if he is kinda a player. So no he’s not evil. The entire church of Rem however is evil because of its rampant misgoniy only someone evil would be drawn to such a philosophy
Although, the thought occurs to me a) we have no way of verifying any of this information, b) Isabel has no way of knowing when to transform or whether she’s alone, c) what if the main guy, woman-hating guy that he is, decides to “teach that w!!!e a lesson” and transforms her back into flesh, how does Isabel hide what’s in her hands?
And as far as Theresa and the king are concerned, I’m going to reiterate my position: they’re married, they’re staying married, and Theresa is going to very much enjoy having the “royal scepter” in her possession, as it were. And Penelope will… just have to get used to it. Stepkids should not stand in the way of their parents’ finding love and happiness. Especially when they’re adult children who are also demanding respect in turn.
I don’t know about love, the marriage seems to be more political than anything. Peonie also didn’t have a problem with her dad getting married, she had a problem not being part of the wedding.
Though the way Peonie looks at Isabel’s bum makes me think that Isabel decided to claspe something else between her butt anyway. Teresa only said she had to use her hands for the Rune after all.
I also like the revelation that Isabel is into kink. I think that’s a new revelation anyway, i don’t remember if it was it was implied in her previous appearances.
Jake: the big questions is: just how did P-cups know how kinky Izzie is? And has she been a participant or voyeur (either first hand or Izzie simply telling her later)? 😀
If I haven’t mentioned it already, I’d like to state that I love this writer’s humor. It meshes with the earlier humor of the comic and is just so natural for it all.
Be a Producer!Your name/title with an optional SFW hyperlink will be posted prominently HERE following the close of the month! You’ll also receive monthly mailings from Exiern’s author, Scott T. Hicken!
And okaaaay.
* sigh *
This definitely reminds me of the Drowemos days – when we could get more than one page out of a t-shirt that said “Wanton Wench”…
Well i for one can sleep better knowing Isabel is ok.
Also, kinda want to know how that conversation went with Isabel probably really wanting to clasped in her derriere.
I’m also starting to think that being naked wasn’t part of the spell and more a personal choice on Isabel’s part.
I do wonder how they can be so sure Coriander won’t harm Isabel in her statue state though.
Will that be explained Scott or are they just sure he’ll only use her as decoration?
Jake i don’t think she wanted to hide it in her back side. She probably had a more personal place she wanted to put it.
@Bad Taiming Except Peonie is staring at Isabel’s backside, obviously implying that’s where she thought Isabel had clasped it.
Then there’s the fact that the word clasped was used, meaning either hands or her derriere.
Well, so much for all that noise people were making some weeks back about Theresa being evil. Just goes to show that knee-jerk reactions are worthless and judgement should be reserved until people have the full story.
People didn’t say she was evil. In fact most people guessed there was more to it.
People were speculating, which is a good thing because it means we’re interested and invested in the story.
To keep the documents safe she would need to have a scroll tube. Guess where that’s hidden.
Wait. Theresa KNEW about Isabelle’s kinks? Curiouser and curiouser.
interesting i wasn’t expecting Teressa to be as conniving as the king i like it.
oh and i thought she was evil at first because most priests of intolerant religions are indeed evil
‘Ask’? Or beg slash coerce slash bribe her to use her hands? 😀
Masterof7s: this does not rule out Terry being evil, to many people (including readers) Kingie is evil, Terry is his new Apprentice :p
Oh wait, this means that Izzie is aware of what is going on around her?
Including Princess P-cups checking out her naked butt? o_O
Well, I never said Teresa was evil, I said I wanted her to be evil, because she annoys me and I want Tiff to have a valid reason for smacking her. Oh, well…

@Uh
Hown is it curious? Teresa mentioned they had to ask Isabel to clasped it in her hand instead of….where Isabel wanted to clasp it.
Meaning that Isabel would have made obvious what she wanted to use with the Rune.
@Tiffanyhm: True, but the King has never had a problem being called evil, he usually takes it as a compliment.
Going by what Teresa is saying, it seems that Isabel still has self awareness.
The King and Teresa:
“Always two there are, no more no less. A Master, and an Apprentice.”
I know it has been a long time, but is Denver ever coming back? I get the feeling that he is away only in order to keep the status quo intact.
And by status quo I mean Typh’s chastity.
He left though and he probably wouldn’t return during this storyline anyway.
TotallyAnon He left to learn how to be a dragon we will see him but not for some time
Like, a couple hundred years or so, at the least a couple decades
The rune keeps anyone from hearing the spell. So if she had hid it in her backside that would have made her release….silent but deadly.
(hey, it was either that or go with some Cheech and Chong ‘stoned’ joke)
I really hope this story doesn’t go in somewhere stupid.
@Ether101: What makes you think would? So far, this story arc has be great and rather engaging.
Called it!
And as far as Theresa and the king are concerned, I’m going to reiterate my position: they’re married, they’re staying married, and Theresa is going to very much enjoy having the “royal scepter” in her possession, as it were. well now i feel cheated, would have loved to have seen that conversation, lol
Where is the section where they first introduced Isabelle? It’s been so long I’m sort of vague on her.
Yeah, i wish we could have seen the conversation.

Also, the princess described them as interesting……
^ That too 😀
And like i mentioned before, i’m starting to think Isabel is nude as a statue because she wanted to be.
If I haven’t mentioned it already, I’d like to state that I love this writer’s humor. It meshes with the earlier humor of the comic and is just so natural for it all.
Thank you! 🙂
Ok Princess HOW DO YOU KNOW HER KINKS?
And what about them do you find ‘interesting’?
Fun fact: She actually requested three.
so…
Can YOU guess where third one is?
She’s every bit as devious as her new husband…
