Actually people notice differences and not similarities.
So, this is obviously 4th wall breaking.
Even when people “notice” twins, they are noting the difference that two people actually are unique and unlike others in that they are identical, not that they are similar between the two. It is a subtle but critical distinction.
To be fair, if this WAS as ubiquitous as she makes it out to be, she shouldn’t have noticed. After all, why would there be an assumption that humans come in different sizes? I mean, we don’t stop and ask why all humans have only 2 legs, do we? Or why they never grow hair on their forehead, or on their palms.
Grina was pretty… rubenesque. Diana’s grandmother, the one who tried to get Tiff to kill her brother using a false flag assassination attempt. I can’t remember any other overweight women however, and I’m not sure if there have been any flat-chested women either.
