Next story page is Monday, March the 4th.

All new pages are planned to be on Mondays from now on. Well, that’s the intention, anyway.

Actually, the parade which is only a few hours away from when I wrote this doesn’t go near this part of Sydney (I actually live close enough to hear it by just opening a window) but this is probably a more recognisable part of Australia to most than Oxford Street, especially to anyone from outside of Australia.

So what’s clearly happened here is that our intrepid party of diplomats has gotten lost on the way but given the image of us Australians as being helpful to visitors, are helping direct them to where they should be going and even threw together an audience at short notice when they turned up at the wrong place. Probably in retrospect made a mistake in giving them some of the more potent locally made products along the way, though.

Well, that’s my story and I’m sticking to it. It certainly didn’t turn out this way due to my inadequately sufficient initial instructions to the artist about the event, that’s for sure! It certainly isn’t how we ended up with two of these instead of the planned one image either!

Art by Marshall Reeves of Yesterday Bound and rubber stamping by Sean Harrington of Spying With Lana yet again. As you might have guessed, there’s going to be at least four more of these during the year.
