Magic Mirror of some sort?
Opposite eye would have the scar.
Cantos right eye has the scar – in a regular mirror the scar would be on the left eye. ODD!
The mirror image has a scar on the right, so it’s not a mirror image despite being in the mirror. But the woman in the mirror is on his left side though the real woman was approaching on his right.
Also Pip is blonde. The woman in the mirror seems to be brunette.
Actually, everything in the mirror seems to be tinted blue. The woman’s reflection clearly has lighter hair than Cantos, and that shade of blue seems plausible for the mirror tinting blonde hair.
OTOH, given what we saw reflected in the puddle at the end of the Pip & Ce interlude, the mirror showing Ce as Pip comes up to it wouldn’t be at all surprising.

Trust me, you really don’t want to catch her eye.
*sigh* it’s the mirror isn’t it.
Is this guy a former ‘Village People’ band member?
That’s quite some outfit he’s almost wearing 😀

It’s a 2-way mirror like the police or is it Village people?
The hair of the woman in the mirror is not just darker, it’s parted on the “wrong” side to be a reflection and is in a completely different style.

Cantos is in deep trouble.
