Ok, then don’t eat any of the barbarian’s food or otherwise partake of their sustenance. There, no more freeloading, problem solved. In fact, it should be the barbarian who should be working for the newcomers, he’s obviously enjoying the sight of Peonie’s massive tracts of land, and so far he’s been getting that pleasure for nothing! :p
I worry about what Melan-Knee means by “work” and from Typh we know what “work” means for women… Peonie can’t cook, doesn’t seem that she can clean, so… Oh dear lords no!… NOT THAT!
Peonie would NEVER admit it with Tiffany anywhere remotely within earshot, but she would not be particularly opposed to “working” under Melan-Knee, if you know what I mean.
Well actually this solves the problem, one bite of Peonies cooking and all the barbarians will be too incapacitated to do anything to her…. or the rest of the party for that matter.
If Peonie starts Cooking “like the jello”That Woman loves to Cook after all. Well Melan-Knee will regret it as the Barbarians Nation will Die off Quickly and Painful . @Azure Peonie might not be able to cook but she thinks she can….
@chemiclord, I think Peonie has slightly better standards than that, at least as long as she has a choice. Typh’s clan has a rather nasty reputation for not giving women any.

I know what “work” Peonie is suitable for.
You intend to force Neils to work for you? Good luck with that.

he is enjoying saying sister, a lot.
@TJ: it would appear that in the past, Typhan-Knee had been enjoying saying “sissy” a lot.
Remind me — in the second panel, what does the mushroom-shaped icon mean?
Sighing or any other kind of action that results in short burst of breath leaving the mouth.
Uh-huh, no tradition of “hospitality” then. That is despicable.

Cracked up over the Chibiern joke because it was the very first thought that I had also.

Remember…they don’t chop firewood…
