Denver is clueless about women, even those that used to be men. Oh Denver, you poor, poor, fool. Maybe he’ll get lucky and drop of the orange pox before Tiff finds out, it’d be more merciful.
Soon enough, the only interest he’s going to have in women is as snacks. Well, human women that is. Tiff’s the only one who knows it though. Poor Theresa. >:)
What I want to know is, what kind of “lunch date” with Teresa involves she meeting Denver outside of his bedroom? And if indeed, Denver and Teresa have that kind of a relationship, just how ballistic is Tiff gonna go when Denver and Teresa knock on Tiff’s door tomorrow morning?
There’s something I just noticed… Why is Theresa wearing confessors robes? Is she going to punich Denver for being late (lol) or perhaps there’s something deeper Going down

She used to be a Spellsinger priest named Thomas; the Spellsingers all had gray/brown robes. The king arm-twisted the Spellsingers to restore her to the priesthood after her involuntary magical sex-change. (The Spellsingers used to not allow female priests.) Before Teresa put her Spellsinger robes back on, however, it’s clear that she took scissors to them. The Spellsingers can’t really discipline her for “being out of uniform” without p.o.-ing the king again.
That, or Chemiclord told the artist, “She doesn’t look hawt enough, do something!”
Grimghost: Teresa’s fellow brothers actually have little complaint about her interpretation of the uniform. Sure, the ones that knew who she once was get squicked a little… but they’ve mostly gotten over it. Lately they’re more jealous that Teresa has better toned abs then they do.
@grimghost.
I think you might have missed the point of my comment. I realize her styling is basically just extra sexitude (and in my mind, tasteful at that). The point I was making is why is she wearing “confessor robes.” You know, the black and red colors that the priests wear for their symbolic significance when punishing the unfaithful (such as the two priests escorting Teresa away from the ball to be silenced. I believe Denver started explaining it with “As you know, during the third war of man” before Typh cut him off.
Tl:dr – whys she wearing the robes that are colored black and red? The priests only wear those when “punishing the unfaithful”

and that how she will come…. big trouble from this.
Totally called it
Ohhhhhhh, Tadpole…
He chose….poorly.
But good for us, I’m ready for another Tiff-Theresa smackdown! More mud wrestling, anyone? 🙂

I feel like Teresa is going to scold him.

Tiffany’s rage will be legendary, and passed down by bards for centuries to come!
I sense a storm brewing on the horizon.
Oh, no. o_o Not only does Tiff hate her guts, but the Northeners aren’t fond of the spellsinging priests at all.
This cannot end well…
Yay! Teresa is my favorite character! I’m glad she’s coming.
There are not words to describe adequately the sheer epic levels of stupidity being displayed by Denver at this point. Seriously.

He forgot the lunch date, she came looking for him in the place he had to return to eventually. Simple as that, I think.
Her hair stands impossibly straight up. o_0 Must be magic…
Teresa has hair??? Huh, never noticed. Been looking elsewhere.

Personally I think she should have gone with a design that showed off more leg rather than midriff, but that’s my own particular perversion really.
Neither women nor men show enough leg these days. Its depressing.
Cryptic: relax, dood, the artist needs some fabric for Tiff’s sword to damage later. I’m sure you’ll see plenty of leg, then.

@Will: Long story short, I liked the darker colors on Teresa at lot better than the lighter ones. Really not much more to it than that.
Ah, cool. It really does look good on her. I was just theorycrafting, lol.
I’m sure if you look up the word whipped in the dictionary, you’ll find a picture of this guy.
Why, friendly nerd
Why did you say that.
Why.
