I hope the sword was on the wall. Otherwise we now now where the Immortals from Highlander Get their Clothes.( I mean How else do you pull a Rapier from a Member’s only Jacket.)
Peonie is not thinking of her father, Denver, or Neil. As LookBeyond says, she’s thinking of the hapless guardsman Daniel. He had *just* left when Tiffany joined Peonie and Isabel, he’s clearly disliked and uncomfortable around women, and thus unattached. He’s nonthreatening and won’t get himself murdered or even punched by Tiffany.
Check him out. I mean REALLY check him out. He has glasses and hair like Denver’s. Peonie is thinking she’ll like him for their physical and social similarities, or at least they’ll get along well.
Is there an archive button I’m not seeing? Rifling through back pages is taking me forever. I can’t even easily plug in an earlier page number to jump back a couple of dozen strips, because there are numerical gaps between each one. And the “Category” list isn’t much help, because some of the categories are huge. One step back takes us to a couple of pages after Faden was locked up, which is even before Thomas became Teresa.
@ Coyotenose, to get the archive go to the drop down menu at the top of the page, then select the option for comic. It’ll bring up the archive in chunks of ten (working back), if you can remember the name of the story arc (and if you can you’re a better woman than I am) you can select by arc name.
Top panel, to the right, sword stand with three swords upright on display. She grabbed one. Even if she had that sword hidden in a questionable location, yanking it out while wearing that tight gown would be a challenge. 😛
Be a Producer!Your name/title with an optional SFW hyperlink will be posted prominently HERE following the close of the month! You’ll also receive monthly mailings from Exiern’s author, Scott T. Hicken!
where was she keeping the sword? 0.0;
The sword came from under the chat bubble in panel one it seems
I think it was mounted on the wall, and you can see parts of it in panel 1…
Murder is always the best solution.
@LookBeyond Best? I think you mean ONLY solution!!!!!
NiXiA, sometimes there is torture instead.
Two great tastes…
Hey! You got your chocotorture in my peanut murder!
mmmmm . . .a nice meal of peanut murder and jellocide sandwich.
Why do I have the feeling the king’s gonna be the escort? His evil scheme proceeds apace!
Or that idiot guard…wonder what he’ll get tied to him this time and where?
No, I’m pretty sure it’ll be the king… Although it’s a bit against protocol for the king to be an escort. Maybe since she’s the guest of honor…
The more time TYphan-Knee spends as a woman, the more I like her.
Absolutely deadly with a hint of feminism.
@amber:
In german you could make a medium pervert joke about the sword and where she kept it but in english it won’t work 🙁

I wonder if Peonie only feels a little dirty inside for betraying Tiffany by having her Daddy be her escort.
I miss faiden. He was such a cool guy 🙂

*facepalms, and peeks out with one eye embarrassedly* Argh, so it was right near the top of the page in plain view. Merci!
Hey, you should have seen how long it took me to work that one out as well.
