in this kind of fight, somehow the non-fighting participant always gets hurt. I think this is to make the main character who made poor decisions feel bad about them.
Mr skin-walker, You have done 3 things wrong….
1. You just attacked a juvenile in front of royal guards.
2. You just attacked a girl, that a sorcerer had just confessed his interest in.
3 You just attacked one of the most intriguing new person that we were introduced to.
Don’t bitch when you get whats coming. This is going to be a mess!
Personally I hope he gets kill by the guards, although a raging horde of ‘Exern fans’ …ahem … citizens tearing him apart would be real justice. Just someone knock out the kid before he gets medieval, or in this case evil, on that guy!
Actually, It’s Cytx’s fault here…note that he made his shield too small, and it deflected the bear guy’s swing right at poor nymph-girl. Shoulda made the shield a bit bigger to cover her too.
Now the skinwalker’s world of pain shall commence. I suggest being permanently transformed into a stuffed animal (A Teddy Bear) that can still see, hear, and smell, but can’t move because it has no muscles…
Your logic is flawed, Elfguy. Cytx performed no hostile action. All he did was defend himself.
On the other hand, if you’re claiming that he’ll FEEL like it’s his fault, yeah, he’ll probably start becoming angsty and saying things like “it’s all my fault!”
…the price for this affront IS. He shall be stripped and forced to live with the teletubbies for 10,000 years. The only thing he will be able to say is teh worlds most annoying noise. Because killing is too good for him.
Guys, this is Exiern. He’s getting TG, maybe with some AR thrown in. The only reason Ctyx won’t kill him is because of his guilt for the shield angled just the angle needed to kill her. Unless, of course, he’s too far gone to care. Just remember, all predictions wrong or your money back.
Well, what if the “healing spell” sorcerers can use works by accellerating your body’s metabolism so you heal yourself, and simultaneously age a number of years…
I like how they are eliminating the useless parts one by one. Now if only that entire kingdom would jus go away and we get back on the road and on with this story!
Those skinwalkers go into a CROWDED city, rampage and BY THEIR OWN ADMISSION terrorize the citizens, and they have the nerve to be angry that they offended someone? Worse, now they’re actually demanding to KILL the person that they assaulted. Let’s see how well they tolerate the “culture” of someone going into their villages and hunting them like wild animals! If they want to act that way, that’s how they should expect to be treated.
Be a Producer!Your name/title with an optional SFW hyperlink will be posted prominently HERE following the close of the month! You’ll also receive monthly mailings from Exiern’s author, Scott T. Hicken!

O.o NOES!
That skinwalker is in for a world of hurt from a very angry Ctyx, but it won’t help the girl any
🙁

Well, that really sucks.
I think someone will come unglued about now.
I get the feeling that he’s about to go bat$#!t on that bear guy…
the poor bread 🙁
This comic is the best thing since sliced bread.
(And I’m sure she’l be fine, it looks like a flesh wound)
MrGBH, I’m afraid she is quite dead; the blood seems to be spraying from the back side of the slash that goes across her front….
I personally hope Bohr does his job and stabs the skinwalker as an example as to why you don’t start attacking people in town.
kill the skinwalker
Say it it isn’t so… she’s Ok she’s see…
she was hold a wine cask behind the bread. right?
Free bread in the street?! Score! 10 second rule…
Great comic!

No need for Bohr, who in that armor can bearly raise his arms, to do anything.
CTYX is going to do VERY bad, nay unspeakable, things to that skinwalker.
Actually, it’s a filled loaf – raspberry jelly. Quite tasty. Too bad it’s ruined.

Holy crap, gotta agree with Hornet, Bohr won’t have to lift a finger. Ctyx is going to fry that skinwalker.

id suggest turning him inside out slowly

… Yeah. The skinwalker is probably going to die now. And unless Ctyx can discover healing magic right quick, he’s probably going to the dark side.
Damn shame.
Actually, if the guards attack the skinwalker, it might start an international incident.
skin walker attacked girl.
girl has wounds on arms and i am hoping only a smallish gash on the front that will not scar.
but i see much pain in that skin walker’s future… like the next 2 seconds.
@Jack – think it’s too late actually. Especially if the girl is from that city/kingdom.

Ten to one odds if TG is involved it’s because Ctyx pulls and Edward and bonds the girls soul to the skin-walker.
Well, what if the “healing spell” sorcerers can use works by accellerating your body’s metabolism so you heal yourself, and simultaneously age a number of years…
It would appear that the cut is coming from her arm. With constant pressure she may not bleed to death. One may only hope.
Should’ve eaten it earlier.

I say skin the skinwalker with a rusty spoon. You dont waste food and you dont mess with cute nymphs. So Bohr should get himself a new rug.
